Continuing Provo Fun

My pretty sister!  I told her she would be the best looking at the reunion ... and warned her there would be a bunch of really old people there!  At mine there were people in wheelchairs, with walkers, etc. yikes!  I saw a high school that had a reunion for all the classes 50th and above!  would be less people everytime they did it - and Becky and Derrell and I and now Sue could go!
Not too bad for a bunch of old people!!  Sure was fun to have the Montgomery's come over - thanks again Uncle John for a delicious lunch.
Polly and Chris had the Kreober's football tickets for Saturday night - vs. Boise State.  Fairbanks have season tickets a couple seats away - Dan grilled t-bone steaks for us all to enjoy before the game.  Dad stayed at Kroeber's and tended the children, I went to Fairbanks and put the girls to bed - since the game started at their bedtime!  It was very exciting and a great ending - BYU won!!
Loved having two family parties in one day!!  The cousins love playing together - especially Briella likes having Sadie and Georgia at her house.
Olivia and Sadie got their new bunk bed set up and loved sleeping in it for the first time.  Sadie had to have all the toys at the end of her bed - bunk beds are fun!
Sunday there was an Area Regional Conference - broadcast from the Marriott Center at BYU - to 235 other stakes from St. George to Highland, Moab and Vernal - so Fairbanks and Polly came with us to the chapel down the street at 10:00 am.  We had a baked potato bar afterward - thanks Polly for the potatoes and cheese.
Briella and Georgia playing on the 65 year old doll cup board Gramps made me!
Love watching the grandkids play with the old cup board.  Olivia was playing with it a little later.  She was baking the cupcakes in the bottom like an oven.

More Provo Fun

Here are some baggies of frozen peach slices ... we were able to do some for both Heather and Lindsey - won't they make a yummy peach pie when the snow flies?
Keenyn and Olivia had another soccer game Saturday morning ... We sure like that Heather and Lindsey have them on the same team ... sure makes the games fun for us.
Aunt Sue and Uncle John came over from Denver for her 50th year high school reunion Sat. night.  We loved having them come to the soccer game.
It is such a beautiful setting - Rock Canyon Park.
Millie was very happy to meet her Great Aunt Sue - and Uncle John also.  After the game John suggested that he go get some KFC and we'd all have lunch together at a park.  We suggested Kroeber's house instead with all the little ones and so that is what we did.
Thanks Uncle John for a yummy lunch - fun to have Granny's favorite recipe for fried chicken again in her old house.
Cousins had a good time being together - eating and playing.

Peaches

Friday morning Grandpa and Grandma went to Lindsey's and helped her can peaches.  It was fun to do it again - we did three batches, plus one tomato and two sheets of frozen peach slices.
Olivia went to school, and came back and we were still at it!!  Love harvest time!  Note sweet Millie on the couch - she is so beautiful...and calm.

Olivia and Millie

Olivia was holding Millie and 'talking' to her ... reminded me of about 14 years ago and a similar picture of Sydney and Shelby ... all darling granddaughters.
Millie was really responding to Olivia - so sweet.
Looks like they are 'singing' to each other - love it.
Sweet sisters - lots of love between them.

Chuckee Cheese

The Fairbanks and Kroebers had a fun evening at Chuckee Cheese - easy Thursday night dinner!
All the kids had a ball on the rides and games...Briella enjoyed this one a lot.
 Olivia and the trolley car.
Georgia didn't care if she put a token in the slot or not ... she just climbed on a ride and had a good time!
Monster Truck with Briella and Sadie.
Dinner - pizza and salads - yummy.
 More good rides!
Eli and Isaac received the most tickets - and shared with prices with the younger kids.  We all had a good time.

Fairy House

Here is my solar powered "Fairy House" - in my garden with the Garden Knome that Kate gave me last year.  I got these for Aunt Becky and Aunt Sue also - part of the 'sisters' weekend of Danielle's wedding shower in Denver.
Annabelle and I enjoyed it for a few weeks and then I gave it to the Fairbanks girls - here they are on the first night the lights turned on to show the Fairies were home!  Such fun!

More Provo Fun and Dad's fish!

Cute Fairbanks girls coloring and painting.
Lindsey lives so close to the Provo Cemetery that I got a mum and took it over there.
 Pretty setting I think.
Heather came over to take pictures of darling Millie - thanks so much Aunt Heather.
This was viewing audience for the picture taking!
Briella and Georgia got a baby doll and play camera and took their own pictures!
When I got home - Dad had gone fishing and caught these trout - they were delicious!!
