 Joel and Annabella had an art show at their school.  This is Joel's pictures - called "Green Sky".

Annabelle's picture was "Starry Night" - we had to come early and Mortensens came just as we left - it would have been nicer to have the kids standing in front of their pictures - maybe next time!

Easter UT Trip

 We drove to Utah and had a great Easter Weekend.  Here is Grandpa Smith with the Fairbanks girls and Pike boys at Emilee's ward Easter Egg Hunt - Lindsey ran the Salt Lake Half Marathon that morning so we took the kids with us to Murray.

 After the hunt we went to Pikes and the kids played with Great Afton's hose - we loved it!

More fun with the hose - the others lost interest after a while but Baden was the fire captain and took the hose over to the 'fire' and put it out!

JKM Reunion

On April 11, 2014, we held a Jamaica Kingston Mission Reunion - Pres. T. Scott Hendricks and Sister Marion Hendricks come from Texas for the baptism of a grandson on Sat. April 12, so we had a party on Friday, April 11th!  Here are the seniors that could come - and I am disappointed in the young elder that I asked to take the picture for me - since he took it early!!   The Cheesemans from Provo, Shaefermeyers from North Salt Lake, Daniels and Evans from Arizona, Flakes from the MTC - on their way to their third mission - this one in Iowa, Andersens from Salt Lake, Sorensens from St. George, Whiteheads from Idaho, Sister Apgood (Russell) from Scyruse, Sister Colleen Smith from Minnesota (she was in Utah for the birth of a grandchild) - Larsens from Parawon, Wrights from Idaho, and us.  Elder and Sister
Coleman were surprise guests - he was in the Area Presidency and came to Jamaica to conduct the funeral for Elder Walker.
